Pengepungan Malta (juga dikenal sebagai Pengepungan Besar Malta) terjadi pada tahun 1565 ketika Kesultanan Utsmaniyah menyerbu Malta. Ksatria Hospitaller berhasil memenangkan pertempuran ini. Selanjutnya, Turki Utsmaniyah tidak pernah lagi mencoba untuk mengepung Malta.
