  • Richard Anderson Falk (lahir 13 November 1930) adalah dosen emeritus hukum internasional di Universitas Princeton, Amerika Serikat. Ia merupakan penulis 20 buku dan penyunting 20 volume buku lainnya. Pada tahun 2008, Dewan Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNHRC) menunjuk sebagai Pelapor Khusus Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa di bidang "situasi hak asasi manusia di wilayah Palestina yang diduduki sejak 1967." Ia pernah dikriik oleh duta besar Amerika Serikat untuk PBB Susan Rice dan Sekretaris Jenderal Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa Ban Ki-moon atas pandangannya mengenai Israel dan serangan 11 September.
