Alenia C-27J Spartan adalah sebuah pesawat angkut militer menengah bermesin turboprop sayap tinggi (high wing). C-27J merupakan turunan lanjutan dari Alenia Aeronautica di G.222 (C-27A Spartan dalam pelayanan AS), dengan mesin dan sistem dari Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules. Pesawat ini terpilih sebagai Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) untuk militer Amerika Serikat, dengan L3 sebagai kontraktor utama.
C-27J juga telah dipesan oleh satuan udara militer Australia, Italia, Yunani, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Meksiko, Maroko dan Rumania.
